1. Download the form onto your computer.
2. Complete the details on your own PC.
3. Then print the form.
4. Send the tool(s) together with the form(s) and copies of the delivery notes securely packaged (preferably in the original packaging) to ELORA.
5. Done! ELORA will do the rest.
