Calibration service

You trust in ELORA Torque Wrenches?

And you assume that real precision can only know the smallest tolerances? Great!
Before a new ELORA torque wrench leaves our premises, it is checked in our ELORA torque laboratory according to the latest standard. The latest standard is DIN EN ISO 6789:2017, and since the latest version has changed quite a bit from previous versions, we switched to a new testing machine in March 2018.

Innovations of the current standard DIN EN ISO 6789:2017
DIN EN ISO 6789:2017 has been split into 2 parts.
Part 1 specifies requirements for design and manufacture, including the content of the declaration of conformity. Part 2 goes beyond this and specifies requirements for traceable calibration certificates and includes a procedure for calculating measurement uncertainties. The ELORA torque laboratory covers both parts. Since a declaration of conformity is quite sufficient for most users, it is supplied with every torque wrench.

How often should a torque wrench be checked
Unless otherwise defined in the test equipment monitoring, the standard specifies a service life of 12 months or 5000 load cycles as the interval. It starts with the first use of the torque tool.
