Terms and conditions of participation in the competition

ONLINE ADVENT CALENDAR 2025

§ 1 General information
Participation in the ONLINE ADVENT CALENDAR 2025 competition organized by ELORA Werkzeugfabrik GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation. The competition is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by META and Instagram and is not affiliated with META and Instagram.

§ 2 Competition procedure
The competition will run from Monday, December 1, 2025, to Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. During this period, Instagram followers will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

§ 3 Conditions of participation
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to follow the Instagram account of elora.werkzeugfabrik.gmbh at the time of the prize draw and to comment on the respective post. Participants may also voluntarily share the post in their own story. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the applicable conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

§ 4 Eligibility
Natural persons who are residents of countries in the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom and who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant’s legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.

The operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,
(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
(c) in the event of unfair practices, or
(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

§ 5 Prize, notification, and delivery of the prize
By participating, you have the opportunity to win the items listed on the organizer’s Instagram page. The winner will be determined on the day following the respective “prize day,” at the latest after the closing date for entries on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in a random draw among all participants. By participating, you agree that if you win the competition, you will be named as the winner in the comments and story of elora.werkzeugfabrik.gmbh and contacted via private message on Instagram. The participant must then contact ELORA Werkzeugfabrik GmbH within 7 days and provide their full name. This can be done either by replying to the private message on Instagram or by emailing info@elora.de. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize claim shall expire. In this case, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer.

§ 6 Termination of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

§ 7 Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the information provided is true and correct. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and social media platforms by providing a link to their social media accounts. The participant may object to the use of their data at any time in writing or by email to ELORA Werkzeugfabrik GmbH at info@elora.de. Personal data will then no longer be processed or used. The participant will then be excluded from the competition. After the competition has been completed, the data will be deleted.

§ 8 Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.

§ 9 Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice on the ELORA Werkzeugfabrik website. The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
